What is the standard check-in and check-out time?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon). We are happy to accommodate requests for late check-out or early check-in, subject to availability. Please contact our reception team to make a request.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

This depends on the rate you have selected. We offer both “room only” rates and “bed and breakfast” rates. Our daily breakfast is served at Warung Sawah, featuring a wide selection of international and authentic Balinese options.
