Celebrate the bounty of the bay with our signature Sunday brunch. This is a true ‘Taste of Place,’ inspired by the legendary Jimbaran fish market just moments from our hotel. Our chefs present a magnificent ocean-to-table feast featuring the freshest local seafood—grilled-to-order snapper, king prawns, and calamari—served alongside authentic Balinese bumbu (spice pastes). The brunch also features a lavish spread of international salads, artisanal pastries, and vibrant local fruits, all enjoyed in the relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere of our main restaurant.
