Welcome to Warung Sawah, our relaxed all-day dining restaurant, inspired by the traditional Balinese eateries (warungs) that dot the island. This is our hotel’s vibrant heart, a place where you can enjoy authentic Balinese and Indonesian comfort food in a setting that evokes the tranquility of a sawah (rice field).

With airy, open architecture overlooking the tropical gardens, it is the perfect spot to start your day with a rich breakfast buffet, enjoy a light, flavourful lunch, or settle in for a casual, satisfying dinner with family.

At Warung Sawah, we celebrate the food that Balinese people love to eat. Our menu is a tribute to honest, flavourful cooking, prepared with heart. This is where you will find the perfect Nasi Goreng, fragrant Soto Ayam (chicken soup), and the most tender, charcoal-grilled Sate Lilit (Balinese satay).

We use the classic Bumbu spice pastes, made fresh daily, to give every dish its deep, authentic character. It’s the ideal place to explore the island’s most beloved flavours in a comfortable, refined setting.

Meet Sous Chef Ayu Bintang

As the head of Warung Sawah, Sous Chef Ayu Bintang brings the flavours of her childhood to your table. Growing up in a warung in rural Bali, Chef Ayu learned the art of slow-cooking and traditional spice-blending from her mother. While Executive Chef Gede Prawira (from Nusantara) oversees the entire culinary vision, Chef Ayu is the heart of Warung Sawah, personally ensuring that every Sate Lilit and Nasi Campur has the authentic, comforting taste of home.
